Gemeinsam mit unserem Partner, einem der führenden E-Commerce Händler, suchen wir einen Senior Data Protection Expert (m/w/d) am Standort München. Unser Partner ist Betreiber einer bekannten E-Commerce-Plattform, welche einen jährlichen Umsatz von knapp zwei Milliarden Euro generiert.

Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest und koordinierst im nationalen sowie internationalen Umfeld eigenständig Datenschutzprojekte

Du etablierst und optimierst gemeinsam mit deinem Team unternehmensweite Prozesse sowie Tools im Bereich Datenschutzidentifikation und bewertest Datenschutzrisiken

Du beurteilst und berätst hinsichtlich datenschutzrechtlicher Sachverhalte in allen Unternehmensbereichen, um zu gewährleisten, dass diese im Einklang mit den Vorgaben der Datenschutzgrundverordnung und angrenzender Rechtsgrundlagen, wie z.B. BDSG, UWG, TTDSG, sind

Du übernimmst die Durchführung von Transfer Impact Assessments

Du arbeitest eng mit Partnern in den Fachbereichen sowie dem Information Security Officer und der Abteilungsleitung zusammen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Rechtswissenschaften

Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Datenschutzrechts

Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit einem Datenschutzmanagement-Tool

Zertifizierung im Bereich Datenschutz (BvD, GDD cert., UDIS oder CIPP/E) vorteilhaft

Kommunikativer Teamplayer
