Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer

**Your Tasks**:

- You support management and the specialist departments in the further development of our business model from a legal standpoint.
- You implement IP issues in the digital environment with a focus on trademark registration and management as well as avoiding IT and tool liability risks.
- You are in charge of negotiating and drafting complex contracts with outside partners (especially NDAs), handling internal and external data protection management, including data protection declarations of consent, and educating employees on data protection.
- You serve as an internal and external point of contact for GDPR matters and ensure that the legal requirements are met.

**Requirements**:

- You have appropriate professional expertise in the areas of information technology and data protection.
- You are interested in cutting-edge software solutions, IT law, or data-related services, and you have successfully finished a law or economics degree.
- You possess solid understanding of the most recent data protection laws.
- You naturally operate independently, carefully, and with a purpose in mind.
- Your profile is completed by excellent mother tongue German language abilities and business-level fluency in English.
