**What part will you play?**

You will drive the implementation of EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) as well as further Green Deal and Taxonomy standards for Environmental Protection reporting requirements.

**Your tasks**
- You set up and supervise the technical implementation of robust reporting processes and seamlessly integrate environmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) into our sustainability reporting framework.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure and harmonize compliance with CSRD and other legal and reporting standard requirements, analyze data, and ensure accurate and meaningful contribution into Siemens' sustainability report
- Conduct KPI calculation and plausibility check during fiscal year reporting
- Support auditing processes for environmental protection KPIs in Siemens’ sustainability report
- Help develop Siemens’ environmental reporting in accordance with CSRD and other reporting requirements as well as automatization of reporting, ETL processes, data analyses and visualization
- Conduct data analytics, provide data, interpret, visualize and present results to senior management

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- University degree (preferably master's or equivalent) in an environmental protection related field of studies with a strong focus in data and IT
- Long-term experience in the field of environmental protection, reporting (e.g., sustainability reports) as well as several years of experience in complex projects within international organizations.
- You have a passion for environmental protection and bring expert knowledge of EU CSRD requirements, Green Deals and sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, WEF)
- You are very experienced in working with external auditors as well as in setting up reporting guidelines within business processes and in conducting reports and check on plausibility logic
- You Bring expert knowledge in data management, analysis, and reporting tools
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, R or Python
- Advanced communication and presentation skills with strong expertise in MS office
- Business fluent English skills, German skills are a plus
