**Finance Intern (M/F/d)**:
**About us**:
To further strengthen our position among the leading companies in the automotive industry, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is expanding its R&D Center at its European headquarter in Frankfurt in order to meet local customer requirements even better. To take care of diversified and challenging tasks with an attractive career perspective, we are looking for new colleagues.

**Your profile**:

- University degree in business, economics, finance, or a similar field.
- Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Good communication skills in oral and written German and English **mandatory**.
- Being familiar with accounting software (SAP) is a plus.
- Good administration skills.
- Working independently and responsibly.
- Available to work as a full-time intern (40hrs/week).

**Your tasks**:
**Finance**
- Create PSORs (Proposal Sheet/Order Request) for ordering items & services.
- Create new vendor data for PSORs in OneMobis.
- Process invoices to be covered by operational budgets.
- Control the budgets for PSORs & PARs (Payment Approval Request) created by each team.
- Control cost reports in HR Works for reimbursement of employee travel expenses.
- Adjust the operational budgets in SAP, carry back, carry forward, account change, department change, reduction, and additional budget requests.
- Prepare necessary documents for monthly Master Card credit card settlement.
- Purchase and register new assets in MAMs, asset management, and control.
- Collect & store all documents for purchases using the investment budget.
- Support MTCE’s fixed asset inspection.

**Support for Managing Directors of MTCE**
- Arrange hotel & airline reservations for business trips.
- Take care of documents for reimbursement of travel expenses.

**Office Operation / Administration**
- Support for all matters related to operation and administration.
- Distribute received mail for MTCE members.
