Hey there
We’re Kreuzbergkinder GmbH — an independent and fast-growing eyewear brand with our headquarters right in the heart of Berlin’s creative Kreuzberg district. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our core team.

**The essence of your role**

You’ll play a key role in making sure our operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

**Key Responsibilities**

Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain stock of frames, accessories, and packaging materials
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy and quality
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management ERP system
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts

Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship eyewear products accurately for both B2B and e-commerce orders
- Prepare customs and courier documentation, book and track shipments
- Ensure proper labelling and documentation for each outgoing order

Logistics Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries with courier and freight partners
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays

Quality Control
- Inspect outgoing products to ensure frames and lenses meet our quality standards
- Identify and report any damaged or defective items

Organization & Maintenance
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Handle and store delicate eyewear products with care

Team Coordination
- Communicate effectively with customer service, sales, and production teams to align priorities
- Provide B2B customer service support as needed
- Train and oversee warehouse staff or temporary workers during peak periods

Systems & Reporting
- Use warehouse software and ERP systems to manage inventory and order processing
- Generate reports on stock levels, shipping performance, and order status

**We’d love to hear from you if**
- You’re both independent and a team player who enjoys getting things done
- You have a solid grasp of office systems and enjoy learning new ones
- You speak English (C1) and German (B2 or higher)
- You’re confident with MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams
- You’re great at managing time and multitasking
- You’ve got strong attention to detail and love solving problems
- Communication — both written and verbal — is one of your strengths
- You thrive in organized spaces and like keeping things in order

**Bonus**
- Previous experience or training in warehouse work or logistics
- Experience with inventory software and data entry
- Proficiency in French and Italian
- Drivers licence
