Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Support-Spezialisten zur Verstärkung unseres wachsenden Teams in München, Deutschland. Wenn Sie praktische Erfahrung im Desktop-Support, in der technischen Fehlerbehebung und im Onsite-IT-Service haben und in einem dynamischen und innovativen Arbeitsumfeld tätig sein möchten, ist dies Ihre Gelegenheit.

**Aufgaben**:

- Bereitstellung von Desktop-Support vor Ort, einschließlich Hardware-/Softwareinstallation, -konfiguration und Fehlerbehebung
- Bearbeitung von IMACD-Aufgaben (Installationen, Umzüge, Hinzufügungen, Änderungen und Löschungen)
- Bereitstellung von Break-Fix-Support für Laptops, Desktops, mobile Geräte, Drucker, VOIP-Telefone und Peripheriegeräte
- Verwaltung und Rotation von Backup-Bändern, Koordination von Server-Neustarts und Durchführung lokaler IT-Aufgaben
- Verwendung von Active Directory und Azure zur Verwaltung von Konten und Geräten
- Unterstützung von Remote
- und Bürobenutzern bei IT-Anfragen und -Vorfällen
- Fehlerbehebung bei Netzwerkproblemen, kabelgebundener und drahtloser Konnektivität sowie grundlegendes Switch-Management
- Durchführung von Systemabbildungen, Endpoint-Patching und Durchsetzung der Geräte-Sicherheitskonformität
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Teams zur Bereitstellung herausragender IT-Support-Services
- Pflege von Dokumentationen und Beitrag zu Wissensdatenbank-Artikeln

**Bevorzugte technische Fähigkeiten**:

- Windows 10/11 Administration
- Support von Active Directory, Azure und Office 365
- Ticket-Systeme wie ServiceNow oder Remedy
- Geräteverwaltung über Intune, SCCM oder andere MDM-Tools
- Vertrautheit mit Netzwerkprotokollen, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP und VPN-Support
- Erfahrung mit Reparatur, Aufrüstung und Installation von Desktop-/Laptop-Hardware und Peripheriegeräten
