Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate the terms and conditions of contracts, with focus on legal requirements, to meet the needs of the business, while managing or mitigating risk for Mitel;- Interpret and understand various contract provisions for both sales and procurement contracts, and resolve or escalate issues, as necessary;- Oversee all aspects of managing and administering contracts, ensuring that internal processes and policies are followed;- Drive to meet business objectives by working closely with various teams within Mitel (sales, operations, finance, product management, marketing and research and development);- Perform general administration of contracts, including management of the contracts database and contract lifecycle; and- Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + relevant experience- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the review, drafting, negotiation and administration of commercial contracts;- Strong ability to draft appropriate contracts language within the required context;- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization with a customer first approach;- Comfortable with direct negotiations with customers, suppliers and third-party vendors;- Well-organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills;- Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment;- Ability to complete work independently while also working as part of a team; and- Experience working on global contracts an asset.- German language required - Fluent
