Operations Intern

**The position**:

As an Operations Intern, you will work in our Operations team based in our centrally located Berlin office.
- You will be the key support for two of the fulfillment centres from the international markets.
- Hands-on stakeholder management and working with big conglomerates to manage the day to day operations, monitoring KPIs and driving key bottlenecks.
- You would use your kaizen/lean knowledge to improve processes.
- Be a part of the peak season for the biggest fulfillment centre of Hive's network, right from planning and ramp up to hands on execution

**Profile**:

- Have 0-1 years of work experience (incl. internships)
- Are available for a 6-month internship
- Have a background in supply chain/logistics or any physical operations experience
- Are highly analytical with strong business acumen
- Work with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality and try out ideas in an 80/20 manner
- Have excellent communication skills and fluency in English
