**Your tasks**:
Commissioning of equipment or systems (e.g. ARRISCAN, ARRILASER, camera systems) as well as carrying out fault analyses and service work at European and international customers' sites.
Explanation of the mode of operation and performance of the technical acceptance test
Coordination of commissioning deadlines, deadline monitoring and securing as well as customer support for error analysis and, if necessary, remote troubleshooting as the first point of contact for customers
Preparation of cost estimates as well as documentation in the booking system
Carrying out the instruction of customers on the plants or systems
Close cooperation with the sales, development and production departments
**Your profile**:
Completed training as an electronics technician for devices and systems, IT systems electronics technician, mechatronics technician or in a comparable field
Further training as a technician or comparable technical experience in this professional field
Initial experience as a service technician in the field or in the film rental sector is an advantage
Independent and structured way of working, analytical thinking as well as a strong customer and service orientation
Fluent in English and very good knowledge of German
High willingness to travel (internationally)
