Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Your responsibilities at C&A**
- Work with HR and the business to effectively develop clear and successful hiring strategies
- Manage the recruitment process from A to Z including leading confidential searches and senior leadership/executive searches
- Build and maintain a substantial network of great talent through market research and continuous relationship management
- Coach team members and hiring managers to develop strong selection capabilities that deliver high quality hires and ensure an inclusive hiring process
- Manage our interns and working students and oversee the collaboration with our insourced Talent Partners
- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, universities and other providers that help to expand the pipeline of talent
- Work on optimising processes and suggest new tools and ways of working
- Lead or contribute to Talent Acquisition projects e.g. in the area of employer branding and digital talent recruitment

**To be successful in this role it is important that you**
- Have solid recruitment experience
- Are experienced in active sourcing and handling confidential and executive searches
- Have an engaging communication style and can effectively work with senior stakeholders
- Know how to lead projects and improve complex processes
- Trust that analytics and processes will make our lives easier
