People are intrinsic to our transformation mission, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have the opportunity to attract, recruit and select top talent for roles within our EU Hub, ensuring a consistent and high-level experience for all involved.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop clear and successful data-driven hiring strategies for a dedicated business area within the EU Hub, through aligning with the EU Hub Lead, P&C and the business.
- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, universities and other providers that help to expand the pipeline of talent.
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes and suggest improvements based on analytics and research, including optimising of the applicant tracking system (ATS) to enable the team to work more efficiently.
- Contribute to TA projects e.g., employer branding and digital talent recruitment to strengthen our position in the market.

**What you bring**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Track record of delivery in an enterprise-scale matrix environment, with an understanding of business and organisational evolution
- A data-driven approach to Talent Acquisition, with clear examples of using insights and facts to advise and influence key stakeholders
- Ability to structure, plan, implement and monitor talent Acquisition strategies

**Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, a combination of agency and corporate recruitment is preferred in at least one of these domains: E-commerce, IT, Digital, Retail, Fashion
