Front-end Capacity Planning Coordinator

In your new role, you will:

- Take on **responsibility for Capacity Planning and Loading of IPC products **(front-end production)
- **Manage and moderate critical demand vs capacity gaps **including investigation of root cause and measures for resolution
- **Implement allocation decisions **in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines across Divisions and IPC internal
- Collaborate with Frontend sites and Frontend Central Functions to **drive and implement agreed capacity extensions**
- Further develop processes, methodologies and tools within IPC operations to **improve productivity and decision-making support **, e.g. through digitalization
- **Be part of projects within IPC and act as IPC representative **for company-wide projects
- Ensure that **short-term and long-term planning processes **(Production Program and Volume Rolling Forecast) are **synchronized**

You have a clear notion of how your work contributes to the commercial success of your department. You recognize and seize potential for improving efficiency with dedication and stay aware of costs in your decisions to optimize cost-benefit relations. Further, you think and act in a cooperative way and with your excellent communication skills you cooperate across boundaries. To reach your ambitious goals you are willing to tackle changes actively and produce results even in changing circumstances.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

- A **Degree **in industrial engineering, computer science, business administration (or comparable), ideally with a **focus on Supply Chain Management**
- At least **5 years of relevant work experience **in the field of **supply chain management, capacity/production or production management in the semiconductor industry**
- Very good **MS Office skills**
- **Data affinity **and, preferably, experience in **programming languages **and/or APS systems (e.g. Blueyonder suite)
- **Proven project management skills **and ability to deal with several stakeholders
- Fluent **German and English **skills (written and verbal)
