Bim Coordinator

We are currently looking to boost our team in Munich with the addition of a BIM Coordinator (M/F/x).

**You can expect the following**:

- BIM coordination in large-scale projects
- Directing internal and external coordination meetings
- Creating and updating von BIM execution plans
- Data exchange between building planning, specialist planning and contractor
- Coordinating model-based collaborations (BIM planning) within projects
- Safeguarding internal quality standards for data models
- Refining internal BIM standards as well as Revit templates and families

**You bring along**:

- A degree in architecture or civil engineering
- Practice with project processes in the field of model-based work
- Excellent proficiency with Autodesk Revit and tools used for model-coordination (e.g. bimCollab Zoom, Solibri Model Checker)
- Proficiency with data management of digital model-based roombooks (e.g. dRofus)
- Experience with scripting (e.g. in Grasshopper, Dynamo)
- Excellent communication skills and team play
- Very good command of German and English
