Your challenges- Manage the Sales team responsible for dedicated region- Manage to fulfil regional bioprocess budget with the team- Develop skills, knowledge and mindset within the team to increase bioprocess business by implementing new (direct) sales approach using Professional Selling Skills methods- Decision on commercial conditions and discounts (in consultation with line management)- Work closely together with sales organizations belonging to the dedicated region- Systematic market research and analysis in dedicated region- Maintain and development of relationships with existing pharma, biotech and academic client- Participate at local trade shows and transnational bioprocess conferences- Support of marketing and bioprocess promotion activitiess and Identify client’s future needs- Develop and agree on targets for team members and support to reach them
- Your expertise- Successfully completed scientific/technical degree-
- More than 5-years of Sales experience in b2b business-
- Proven track record of success in leading a sales team preferred-
- Proven track sales track record of products requiring technical explanationStrong interpersonal skills, ability to network effectively (internal and external) and establish effective working relationships-
- Results driven, good analytical capabilities-
- Motivated by change; ability to drive business with constant improvement intentions-
- Willingness to travel extensively and ability to understand and work in culturally different markets-
- Ability to implement new (sales) approaches in a team-
- Knowledge of market and competitors of Bioprocess industry-
- Excellent presentation skills-
- Expert fluency English (both written and spoken), preferably other languages as well, fluency in German preferable-
