**About the position**:
As a Working Student in our Chemical Regulatory Department, your main responsibility will be to support a long-term digitization project. This project aims to digitize a complex regulatory registration, authorization, and restriction process, from start to finish.
**Your Role**:
Support the digitization project to map the regulatory process, Collaborate closely with regulatory and digital professionals, Conduct tests within the agile project setup, Collect and structure information and data, and Keep track of timelines, agreements, meeting documentation, etc.
**Who you are:
- Availability of 20 hours per week
- Very good command in English is required. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Strong interest in project management and testing digital tools
- Strong focus on documentation. Any prior GxP experience is a plus
- Experience using project management techniques e.g. Kanban boards, flow charts, etc.
- Basic experience with tabular data. Understands the concept of organizing data into rows and columns.
- Experience with PowerAutomate is not expected but will be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Great accuracy and attention to detail
