To strengthen our IP Management team in Darmstadt, we are looking for you as a

**Werkstudent/Working Student for the IP Department (m/w/d)**

As a Werkstudent/Working Student for the IP department you will have tasks involving the maintenance and creation of patents and trademarks.

**The main tasks include**
- Monitoring of time limits and deadlines
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail (from DPMA, EPO, WIPO etc.) as well as from domestic and foreign representatives
- Conducting patent and Trademark searches
- International monitoring of trademark infringements and enforcement of trademark rights

**The personal requirements**
- Enrolled student at a regional university
- You are studying law and intend to develop in the IP direction.
- You are studying in a technical filed and have a healthy understanding of software.
- Curiosity in the field of IP specifically Trademarks and Patents
- Very good knowledge of English, German is a Plus
