**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
The AV Ops Technician - Infrastructure is an on-site, in-office role thatwill encompass managing the lifecycle of a repair or upgrade from ticket intake, coordination/scheduling through verification of work completed with AV vendors. In support of engineering and operational objectives this position will contribute information, trends and recommendations on changing business needs or areas of opportunity to enhance the AV experience for internal customers. Efforts will include but are not limited to requirements gathering, project scoping, vendor acquisition, task management and communication with internal teams and stakeholders. This individual will be fully responsible for managing successful execution of coordinating repairs and upgrades to existing systems with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction, room up-time, and process efficiency. The position may work on all projects that impact the collaboration and AV experience at new and existing locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and document requirements for new systems and system changes from stakeholders to assess how they will impact the overall experience and align deliverables to the current AV standards.
- Responsible for coordinating team efforts, interacting with and supporting both internal and external business stakeholders, and assigning and/or completing all required project tasks to completion within project timelines.
- Create project documentation including: project requirements, implementation schedules, invoices, field reports, progress updates, and other project components.
- Communicate project status during project reviews with management and project stakeholders.
- Deliver projects on-time and on budget.
- Secondary responsibilities for this role may include the support of internal AV events, be able to run and set up camera systems, sound boards, microphones, sound systems and any other general AV equipment at the highest level and to support users and the A/V Event Production Coordination team via ServiceNow ticketing platform by responding to issues, tracking information, and setting expectations

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- 3+ years in an A/V project management (CTS a plus)
- Excellent at troubleshooting, working through complex issues, and delivering innovative and creative solutions
- Ability to research and advocate for new and future AV technologies and industry standards
- Process Improvement - Dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services which meet the needs and requirements of internal and external customers; Ability to separate and combine tasks to manage an efficient workflow
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, ranging in scope and size, and be able to switch gears immediately to react to the needs of the business.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
- Experience in vendor relationship management is required
- Ability to achieve an advanced understanding of AV architecture and video collaboration systems in order to assess changes and requests from internal and external technical customers
- Proficient with Networking Principles (CCNA a plus) MacOS, G-Suite, Zoom, Service Now (or similar ticketing system)
- Support Virtual and In-Person Events across the company
