As a Customer Service Specialist you will play a key role for the Customer team where you will help scaling operations for our fast-growing customer base. With new and innovative ideas, you will help take the company's customer experience to the next level.

Your day-to-day work will involve solving and answering customer support tickets for German and English speaking customers. You will update and translate our customer communication and online Help Centre articles from English to German and communicate internally about the concerns and ideas of our German-speaking clients. Moreover, we might also need your help with translating the user interface of our software from English to German and testing the software.

You will focus on supporting our customers, who are small business owners, with our cloud-based invoicing software called Zervant. Zervant is originally a Finnish company, and therefore, you will work closely with our team members in our Finnish office.

**To succeed in this role you**:

- Have experience working in customer facing roles
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written in German and English
- Have an good IT skills and an interest in digital environments
- Have cultural awareness in working with colleagues and customers from other cultures and countries
- Have an independent workstyle with collaborative team spirit
- Are eager to learn and develop in a fun work environment
- Can work from our Berlin office
