Alchemy are proud to be working alongside an esteemed Berlin based gallery who are looking to expand their team with an exciting Sales Associate position.

The day to day role will include general sales tasks, responding to enquiries, supporting the gallery team and frequent travel required to help at international art fairs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sending and creating purchase offers and sales previews to collectors, responding promptly to sales enquiries.
- maintaining the gallery presence on Artsy.
- Assisting in the design, planning and installation of public
fair presentations and private showrooms.
- Preparation and participation of gallery events.
- preparing artwork sales, handing them independently and assisting in the sale of significant works.

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Passionate about delivering great customer service and engaging with potential buyers, offering your knowledge and perspective.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Minimum two years experience selling artwork in galleries or art fairs, familiar with the sales processes.
- Proficient in English or German, additional languages spoken is desirable but not essential.
- Previous client network amassed that you are looking to grow within your role.
