SALES ASSOCIATE (M/W/D)

Aufgaben

Werde ein Teil unseres Teams und trage aktiv dazu bei, den Erfolg unseres neuen Stores in Berlin zu gestalten Als Sales Associate (m/w/d) bist Du maßgeblich dafür verantwortlich, unsere Kunden mit dem einzigartigen Spirit von Dorothee Schumacher anzustecken und das Einkaufserlebnis immer wieder aufs Neue unvergesslich zu machen. Dabei zählen diese Aufgaben zu Deinem daily Business:

  • Mit Leidenschaft und Expertise berätst Du unsere Kunden und schaffst eine positive Atmosphäre, welche aktiv den Verkauf fördert

  • Pflege von bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und Aufbau Deines eigenen Stammkundenkreises für unseren Store

  • Durch ein regelmäßiges Visual Merchandising und einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation sorgst Du zusätzlich für den Verkaufserfolg

Qualifikation

Als Sales Associate (m/w/d) bringst Du die nachstehenen Qualifiktionen mit:

  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für den Verkauf und es bereitet Dir Freude, mit und für Kunden zu arbeiten

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung aus dem Retail-Bereich eines Luxus-Fashion-Hauses mit

  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und trittst mit einer freundlichen, offenen Persönlichkeit auf

  • Du zeichnest Dich durch exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine positive Ausstrahlung aus

  • Du bist flexibel, zuverlässig und bringst einen ausgeprägten Teamgeist sowie eine Hands-On-Mentalität mit
