As a **Copywriter & Content Coordinator for Region Central Europe** you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by securing translation, creation and proofreading of customer facing copy aligned with our tone of voice and publishing of relevant global and local content on the local social media channels.

**Key responsibilities are**:

- Based on global guidelines and brand tone of voice, translate, transcreate and proofread customer copy (English to German) and make necessary adjustments to secure a relevant message for customers in local markets.
- Proofread all SEO related copy ensuring that the right keywords are used in the local language and through coordination with the global SEO agency.
- Write copy for various customer touchpoints, securing clear communication, inspiration and channel fit.
- Align with Customer Service and PR in case of negative customer engagement in social media and involve relevant stakeholders to take actions accordingly.
- Be fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan and stay informed in detail about the latest global channel strategies, brand identity, tone of voice, playbooks, formats and templates. Turn guidelines and strategies into engaging copy and generate best practices that drive inspiration and conversions.
- Completely immersed in the local daily social publishing plan to understand all global and local content and set and execute content plans for regional social media pages (Facebook).
- Analyse organic social content performance to optimise content and drive constant improvement in the channel and drive the local needs related to organic social content in the Region.

**Qualifications**
As a **Copywriter & Content Coordinator**, you are passionate about fashion and language, bringing a unique and creative voice to the brand. Structured and efficient, you handle a high volume of projects with ease. Your analytical skills drive engaging, insights-driven content. You excel in collaboration, delivering high-quality content on time.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Marketing or Copy degree/relevant qualifications - if not, at least 3 years of experience in copy and social content roles in agency or client side (preferably fashion)
- Fluency in both English and German on native level, fluency in French is a plus
- Marketing expertise with solid understanding of content marketing, digital channels and social media
- Professional experience with copywriting, translation and proofreading of fashion-focused copy for digital channels
- Attention to detail, including proofreading skills and and ability to create copy that is clear, concise and engaging
- Team player with strong communicative skills, skilled in coordinating with numerous stakeholders and teams
- Experience with managing organic social media accounts for the biggest social platforms

**Additional Information**
This is a **fulltime** position, ideally starting **on the 1st of March 2025**. The role is a hybrid role, based in Hamburg or Berlin (preferably Hamburg) with the expectation of working from our office for three days per week.
