We are looking for you We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented
**Fund in Fund Operations Specialist (f/m/d)** who is responsible for the implementation of the order set-up for Fund in Fund systems (e.g. FundSettle).

With your motivation and skills you contribute to improve the operational efficiency of the organization. You will challenge external target fund pricing structures to reduce costs for our portfolios, review target funds for new ESG requirements and support the team in developing new tools for handling eligibility requests of our Investment Professionals.

This role is to be filled in our Frankfurt office on a parental leave replacement basis.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Implement the order setup for Fund in Fund Investments (e.g. FundSettle), by defining new processes and processing eligibility checks and supporting new product initiatives- Drive the operational set-up of Fund in Fund transactions increasing the degree of automation and straight-through processing- Support the oversight for various outsourced services (e.g. European Fund Execution Desk, Trailer Fee Collection Process)- Support the negotiation of fees and cooperation agreements for AllianzGI, Allianz Group companies and Commerzbank

**Key Requirements/Skills/Experience**- Master degree in Economics or a related field of study- Several years of experience in the Asset Management industry, ideally with an operational background- Proficiency in English and German is required, further languages are beneficial- Established mind of working efficiently within the department/organization- Strong MS-Office skills with a high proficiency in MS-Excel and Power-Point presentation skills as well as experience in PowerBI
