Human Resources Partner

Big Fish is recruiting for one of our clients, a multinational technology company with a global presence, a people management specialist with at least **3 years of professional HR experience**, who has a friendly and service oriented personality, with an independent and structured way of working.
You will work **full time** with a **permanent contract** in a schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 2pm and from 3pm to 6pm and on Fridays from 9am to 3pm and you will have **40-60% remote work**.
Among the functions to be performed:
- support and advice to employees and managers in all HR issues
- personnel administrative tasks: creation of HR-relevant documents such as contracts, references, certificates, etc.
- preparatory payroll accounting and coordination of the payroll accounting with an external service provider
- maintenance of employee master data in our HRIS working day system
- further development and participation in HR processes and projects
- supporting the local recruitment process and helping to shape employer branding activities
- ensuring timely reporting for various interfaces in the company
- cooperation with the European HR team
Place of work: Hesse, Germany (hybrid)
Salary**:50k**
What do we need you to contribute?
- successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in the HR field
several years of professional HR experience (3+)
- good knowledge of labour law and social security
- knowledge of German and English
If you have experience with HRIS System Workday it will be a plus.
