As a Team Assistant at Neatleaf, you are an indispensable pillar of our team by taking on a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily business. Your responsibilities include handling general administrative tasks such as invoice management, data entry, conducting research, as well as ordering office supplies and managing the office budget. Equally important is coordinating travel arrangements, discreetly handling confidential information, and managing mail, including receiving and distributing incoming shipments. Given the dynamic nature of our business operations, additional tasks may be added to your area of responsibility as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and research.
- Order office supplies and manage the office budget.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Greet and direct visitors.
- Discreetly handle confidential information.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Part-time availability of 15 hours per week.
