Your tasks:
- Assist in preparing KPI and controlling reports for the local entity and business stakeholders
- Support the tracking of budget, actuals, and deviations to ensure financial targets are monitored
- Help consolidate input from departments for planning and forecasting
- Support the preparation of financial documents in accordance with local GAAP and internal audit requirements
- Help maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy and compliance; assist in tax processes
- Assist in implementing internal control processes and maintaining documentation
- Help prepare and update business documentation for finance system configurations
Your profile:
- Degree or vocational training in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Around 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role
- Automotive or international company experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of financial processes and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools; Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Fluent in Dutch/ French and English
