Product Operations Specialist

**About the Role**:We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the Customer oriented fabrics (COF) Footwear, Gloves and Accessories team to drive operational effectiveness & efficiency and thereby deliver first class product related services & tools to internal teams and customers.

This is a part time position working 20 hours per week.

This position will be located at our facility in Feldkirchen-Westerham, Bavaria, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.*

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Footwear, Gloves & Accessories (FGA) team with execution of product operation topics (e.g., Hang Tag & Labels, Collection folders)
- Check and ensure product data validity & consistency across internal systems / reports / dashboards and initiative actions if needed
- Create standard and ad-hoc reports for data analysis for FGA team
- Be an active member of the product ops team and integrate across product forms
- Ensure FGA input into broader initiatives (e.g., data coding project, SAP introduction, etc.)

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in a similar industry
- Strong data system interest
- Product affinity
- Hands on, pragmatic & proactive
- High Accuracy level, very attentive
- Ability to manage large number of request / topics in parallel
- Team player with high “service attitude” internally and externally
- Fluent in English and German to engage with global team
