- Conduct service Trainings_
**How is it accomplished/Key Performance Indicators?**
- Conduct Technical Service Trainings for Technicians, MSA Personnel, Partners and end User, in close cooperation with Training Coordinator.
- Conduct and evaluate technical training programs in accordance with designated policies and procedures, determine course content according to objectives, including on-line trainings, internet-based learning delivery.
- Discus, verify and coordinate training plan with Training Locations and Trainees.
- Prepare finalize Certifications
- Vacation replacement for other Training team members when required

- Develop Technical Trainings_
**How is it accomplished/Key Performance Indicators?**
- Develop Training formats, face to face, hybrid and pure online internet-based learning
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Determine course content according to objectives, through direct customer contact.
- Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
- Develop, improve digital learning platform using latest Multimedia Technologies.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
- Manage the training programs in accordance with customer needs, regulatory requirements,

- Preparation and Maintaining of Training units_
**How is it accomplished/Key Performance Indicators?**
- Maintain Training Aids, Equipment & Tools
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.) Service and Maintenance of Serviceable Products
- When required cover Service task on MSA Products
- Recondition the Training samples after the training, cleaning, complete, test used devices when needed.

- Prepare and Complete Trainings_
**How is it accomplished/Key Performance Indicators?**
- Booking and preparing of Training rooms, Training samples, prepare access of trainees to the training facility.
- Schedule and lead joint dinners for the participants when needed.
- Bring after the Training the Training room back in a clean state to prepare the next training.
- Evaluate and Improve customer satisfaction.
- Fill out Training orders accurate and finalize in CRM
Qualifications:
**High Level**
**Requirements of Position**:
- Trainer with High end Technical Skills, Training skills
- A positive and engaging disposition while upholding the ethics and values of the MSA organization
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking during face-to-face and in On-Line Trainings,(Virtual Instructor-Led Training).
- Language skills, German Native excellent level, English business fluent
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Degree in a relevant technical field
- Word and PowerPoint advanced
- Proven experience as Technical Trainer
- Experiences in Service Training activities
- Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset
- Training experience
