Reporting directly to the EMEA Director of Finance, this role is expected to coordinate finance operations and reporting in all EMEA entities, ensuring documentation, compliance and alignment within the Crown EMEA organization. This will include responsibility for monitoring compliance (statutory, tax, audit and legal) throughout the region whilst helping to develop and implement appropriate and consistent policies and procedures, with the goal to enhance the quality and timeliness of financial information and in turn provide useful and insightful management information to manage the business.

**Your Tasks**
- Budget Planning and Forecasts
- In conjunction with senior management, seek to develop and set comprehensive financial objectives and strategies for future financial performance
- Co-ordinate the preparation and distribution of annual budget files
- Consolidate and report results, and co-ordinate formal reporting
- Financial Reporting and Budgets
- Top level consolidation and detail review by location
- Develop and maintain Finance KPI measures
- Consolidate forecasting and review with consideration of run rates, backlog etc.
- Review P&L line items by location for consistency of reporting, and update as necessary
- Systems Support
- Review and ensure compliance across all locations and provide support to achieve consistency
- Review with local entities, and organize support and training as required
- Documentation of integration rules, and review for common ERP integrations into general ledger
- Evaluate and support set-up of Data Warehouse in each country
- Build up know-how in SAP modules, including strategy development for master data setup and live data conversion into SAP
- General
- Maintain documentation of common accounting rules
- Monitor of up-to-date statutory and tax reporting
- Develop and maintain matrix of European loan and vendor funding
- Support corporate headquarters on documentation of transfer pricing structure

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- You bring several years of experience in a similar position
- You are strong in figures and communication, working in a structured way, having a broad view, being improvement-oriented, pragmatic and having a hands-on mentality
- Good knowledge of the German and the English language, both verbally and in writing
