(Senior) Data Scientist

As a **(Senior)** **Data Scientist **you will be part of our MarTech mission to build a data-powered product roadmap to automate, measure and optimise Marketing activities. You will join a global team that is building foundations and running experiments to acquire customers efficiently.

**What you'll do in this role**:

- Together with the team you will build a data-powered product roadmap to automate, measure and optimise marketing activities
- Evolve our multi-touch attribution model, which tells the credit for conversions by marketing channel
- Work on predictions and insights that contribute to shaping the direction of the company
- Collaborate with an international team spanning 2 continents, made up of engineers, product manager, and marketing specialists

**You will be great for this position if you have**:

- A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economy, Computer Science or a comparable degree.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, and in marketing (marketing budget optimisation, MMM, attribution, bidding automation)
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models and algorithms end-to-end at scale
- Experience in experimenting and measuring marketing strategies (set up A/B test, lift test or geo test and evaluate it)
- Proven experience using Python and its scientific stack (pandas, sklearn, numpy, statsmodels, xgboost, matplotlib, seaborn)
- Good communication and visualisation skills in working with non-technical stakeholders
- Advance knowledge of SQL
- Proven experience working with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Snowflake, Airflow) and CI pipeline (GitHub Actions)
- Embrace best practices and have a passion for clean, maintainable and testable code
