Senior ERP Infor System Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior System Specialist in the field of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in Erlangen, Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for **s**upporting our customer service departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our European distribution/ manufacturing centers.** Collaboration with internal teams, such as IT Global and EMEA colleagues, as well as external stakeholders like Infor or Siemens CT, will be an integral part of this role. **What you will do**: Our goal is to achive customer satisfaction via excellence in seamless data integration with customers. In this role, you'll be supporting ERP INforLN operations as well as upcoming rollout projects. You will report to our ERP EMEA Teamlead. In this role you will have the following responsibilities. - **Infor ERP support** in the area, such as sales, services, purchasing, manufacturing and warehouse management, including replenishment, picking/packing and deliveries and returns. - Infor ERP Support for Vendor direct delivery processes and relevant internal EDIs within companies. - Support ERP **interfaces with other systems**: - Taking part of or **support Rollout and/or other projects**: - Support Release management by testing and preparing required documentation - **Alignment on business requirements** with process governance team and preparing solutions ***What you bring** ***: **Your Experience**: - Bachelor's degree or similiar in IT or Industrial Engineering - At least 7 years of Infor or other ERPs experience - Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Products **Your personal competencies**: - Good problem-solving and analytical skills - Good knowledge in "order to cash" process - Advanced English skills **What we offer**: We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment where you can contribute your expertise and make a significant impact on our organization's success.
