We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to strengthen our People Team in Darmstadt with a focus on talent acquisition. The position is initially limited to 12 months and an extension is desirable and planned.

Are you free for 15-20 hours per week during your studies? Would you like to develop your personal and professional skills and combine your theoretical knowledge with practice?

**What You Will Focus on**:

- The publication of job advertisements on various job boards
- Importing and rejecting potential applicants
- Support with administrative activities, e.g. processing the reimbursement of travel expenses
- You coordinate the interviews for the management

Depending on previous knowledge and interest, these tasks can be expanded by:

- Prepare the recruitment statistics
- Takeover of further talent acquisition / people specific projects

**What You Bring**:

- You are enrolled at a university (ideally in the field of business administration, human resources management, psychology or similar) and have at least one year left until you graduate
- You have already gained relevant practical experience through other working student activities or internships

Essentially
- Fluency in English and German
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Administrative tasks are no problem for you
- You work independently and think outside the box
- You can deal with deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Good time management
- High commitment and reliability
- Good sense of humour
