**Position Overview**:
**Being a working student at Mindray is a great opportunity to gain practical knowledge within an international environment. As part of the European HR Team this position will support the local HR function to deliver the best possible service.**
**Role Functions**
- **Supporting the local HR Business Partner in day-to-day business and in upcoming projects**:
- **Preparation of job references, contracts, certificates and other documents**:
- **Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation coordination**:
- **Creation and maintenance of personnel files and employee data in our IT systems**:
- **Contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement, team building, and a positive work culture**:
- **Preparation of evaluations on various HR key figures**
**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Enrolled student (M/F/d), ideally with a focus on human resources management**:
- **First experience in human resources through working student activities or internships are welcome**:
- **Reliable, independent and structured way of working**:
- **Strong communication and organizational skills**:
- **Very good MS Office skills**:
- **Strong German and English skills are essential**:
- **Customer orientated, with good verbal and written communication skills**:
- **Enthusiastic together with a can-do attitude**
