**Your mission**

The Project Manager Implementation role requires experience in delivering projects within the life science industry. It includes scoping, planning, estimating, implementation management, budget management, customer stakeholder management and management of multi-functional teams often spread across Copenhagen and Berlin.

Through an app, Liva is providing personal human coaching programmes to help people manage obesity, pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Participants can track their progress in real-time via the app and engage with a support group of peers to keep them motivated. In several studies, Liva has been proven to drive substantial clinical outcomes, also in socio-economic backgrounds normally hard to reach.

**Your role in detail**
- Become the point person for projects related to our German market.
- Owning project scope by ensuring specifications, needs, goals and budgets are agreed upon with the internal clients.
- Deliver clear client briefings to the project teams, working closely with the creative teams to meet and exceed client objectives and requirements.
- Manage the resource pool from our Commercial Office, a fantastic team of passionate professionals, assigning resources, priorities, times and budget to projects.
- Oversee, implement and manage a variety of projects and campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and oversee a process to streamline the flow of information in the project team.
- Contribution to the development and continuous improvement of the project management function.
- Regular reporting to management on project progress.

**What you bring to the table**:

- 1-2 years experience in a Life Science Project Management role or 3-4 years experience in Project Management.
- Experience working on multiple projects, and managing priorities, with a high level of organisation and project management skills.
- A drive to succeed with a strategic outlook and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage projects within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational, time management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm and energy, with high levels of initiative and drive, and a great positive can-do attitude.
- Fluent level in English and German.
