About the job Do you want to support our O&M delivery by advising the planning, preparation, execution and handover of the implementation of processes? We are now looking for a "Process Implementation Advisor" (Amsterdam, London, Kolding, Hamburg) Your role: - Manages smaller process and system implementation activities in support of the Process Manager - Supports larger implementation activities in conjunction with Lead Implementation Advisor or Project Manager - Guides and enables the user through the implementation process - Executes the Implementation Advisor role in FCR/SAA Implementation Projects or other Implementation Projects - Advises and supports the Project Manager in all stages of a project, including planning, trainings and post go live support Your tasks and responsibilities: - Prepares and implements new processes and changes in processes and system solutions. - Gathers and assesses business readiness against process requirements, gathering input from stakeholders, - Connects multiple stakeholders, such as Finance, Engineering, D1R (Day 1 Readiness), IT and O&M Managers to gather crucial information and support them with the deliverables - Advises Process Managers of implementation approach - Establishes or supports implementation planning - Advises and supports the Project Manager in all stages of a project, including planning, trainings and post go live support - Liaise with POs (Process Owners) and PMs (Process Managers) on findings from the analysis phase of an implementation, submitting any change proposals for evaluation - Creating/ updating documentation such as test plans, training plans, training material - Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to any problems that arise during implementation - Provide training and go-live support to end users - Conducts post-implementation reviews together with Process Analyst to measure success and recommend improvements - Custodian of specific Management of Change documentation related to the implementation Location Amsterdam, London, Kolding, Hamburg **Profile**: Your profile: - The profile displays a keen interest and at least 3 years’ experience in implementing processes and Change Management within an operational environment. - Specific knowledge and experience of implementing maintenance, logistics, commercial or other operational support processes are highly beneficial. - We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent communication skills with experience in facilitation of interfaces, connecting stakeholders, coaching and/or training. The ability to solve complex problems and simplify them for others is desired. - You can display the proactive, “hands-on” approach while also being able to prioritise time and tasks efficiently. - A university degree within a technical discipline or equivalent - Track record and experience in implementing maintenance or logistics process improvement - Proven ability to assess business requirements, identify impacts, connect stakeholders and plan implementation activities - A skilled trainer and advisor to training approach towards a successful change - High level of communication skill and excellent problem-solving skills - Knowledge (Certification beneficial) in Change Management - Knowledge in Project Management (beneficial) - Experience in Agile ways of working is highly beneficial - Ability to prioritize own workload and organize time and tasks efficiently and be proactive - IT-Intermediate to advanced level of MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook - IT-Systems entry to intermediate level SAP PM/MM modules - Fluent in English, spoken as well as written Additional information **Offer**: Good remuneration, a challenging and international work environment, and the possibility to work with some of the best in the field.
