Employee in Customer Service (gn)

**These are your tasks**
- You create sales offers in consultation with our sales representatives
- You guarantee a smooth process in order processing
- If there are problems with order processing, our customers will be happy to turn to you for professional support
- You also demonstrate a high level of expertise in working with internal and external partners, such as our logistics department
- If required, you will send product samples to our customers

**What you need for the position**
- Completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade management or similar, ideally with initial experience in customer service
- A strong customer focus and strong communication skills in German and English
- As an organisational talent, you impress with your independent, well-structured yet flexible way of working
- You feel comfortable in an international and multicultural corporate culture
