**Job Description**:

- Development of products and their specifications for Fresh products in cooperation with suppliers, common sourcing team and own brand team
- Organize monitoring systems (e.g.: laboratory, including sensory, testing, and assessing the results)
- Risk assessment of products and suppliers, including HACCP
- Review and approve label information in CS articles
- Aligning with PC&G team the organization of sensory assessments
- Supplier management including complaint and first point of contact for suppliers and country quality colleagues
- Maintain data on supplier certification, inspections, product specifications and analysis results
- Support complaints and incident management
- Advising procurement on quality-related issues
- Provide training for countries in his/her expertise area
- Work with sustainability, colleagues to ensure the sustainability policies implementation in the OB articles
- Develop and maintain the ultra-fresh supporting documents (product knowledge)
- Managing OB meat training and capacity building for countries
- Monitor the implantation of OB meat standard in the countries and RTO

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in food chemistry, food technology, Veterinarian or similar related degrees
- Knowledge of the international OB trade
- Good knowledge of HACCP, national and European food law
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good presentation skills - develop and present PowerPoint presentations to senior management and work in cross functional teams
- Ability to work with data and statistics
- Min 3 years of experience in in job related to fresh/ultra-fresh QA
- Knowledge related to developing Fresh OB products
- Knowledge about Ultra fresh/fresh products and products quality/food safety characteristic and EU regulations
