**Deine Rolle**:
Als **Shift Leader Production (m/w/d/x) **bist du verantwortlich für den Operations-Bereich, welches die Erfüllung der Produktionsaufträge in der geforderten Sicherheit, Qualität und Zeit umfasst. Dabei bindest Du Deine Teammitglieder effektiv ein, motivierst und coachst sie kontinuierlich. In Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und dem Führungsteam des Standortes unterstützt Du bei der Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsabläufe und setzt den Standard für betriebliche Effizienz und Prozessstabilität. **Dein Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Du hast die Verantwortung für die KPI´s _Safety_, _Quality_ und _Performance_ im eigenen Schicht-Team
- Du motivierst und inspirierst Dein Team und schaffst eine positive Teamdynamik, die alle Mitarbeiter dazu ermutigt, Feedback zu geben und Veränderungen von innen heraus voranzutreiben
- Du hältst Kommunikation, Eskalation und Reporting zur Produktionsleitung sowie interner Stakeholder
- Du stellst sicher, dass Qualitäts
- und Prozessvorgaben eingehalten werden
- Du leitest Maßnahmen zur Untersuchung von Fehlerursachen im Produktionsablauf ab
- Du bist ein Teil zur Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
- Du und Dein Team seid verantwortlich für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und arbeitsrechtlicher Regelungen bezüglich Hygiene, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung mit, vorzugsweise aus den Branchen Lebensmittel
- / Getränke
- / E-Commerce
- / Fertigwaren
- / Vertriebsbranche
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Meister, staatlich gepr. Lebensmitteltechniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in Verbindung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und gewissenhaft
- Du bringst eine Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem Start-up-Umfeld mit und fühlst Dich in einem Umfeld wohl, das sich schnell entwickelt
- Für Dich ist vorbildliches Verhalten sowie ein hoher Anspruch an Dich selbst eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Du bringst Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit mit.
