This is your new challenge:
Supporting the development of the production team, leading several team leaders according to internal KPIs and motivating all employees in the production department.
Conducting employee interviews and feedback meetings as well as the annual performance evaluation of the team leaders and employees
Personnel planning, shift planning, holiday planning and other administrative tasks
Preparation of training documents and organisation of training courses and informative events
Conducting daily pre-shift meetings with the production team (effective distribution of work tasks according to the production plan)
Daily execution of shift handovers incl. reporting, i.e. communication of current and important topics to the employees and shift leaders of the following shift
Ensuring a smooth production flow and continuous optimisation of production processes
Organisation and coordination of special and emergency situations in production operations
Ensuring and monitoring quality and quantity specifications (training and educating of employees in case of quality deviations and complaints)
Ensuring and maintaining company regulations, production safety and occupational health and safety rules and requirements
Completed technical education as a machine operator, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, electronics technician for automation technology or comparable training
Relevant experience in leading several teams of employees as well as in site-management or shop-floor management
Motivating effect on the team incl. role model function
Good knowledge of automated production (ideally in the automotive environment)
Sensitive safety and quality awareness, improvement orientation and innovative thinking
Absolutely reliable, conscientious, resilient, honest, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
Enjoy working in an international team (good communication skills in German and English required)
Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system and under clean room conditions
