- Monitoring of internal PPM & make action plan to overcome excess PPM.
- Process Setup Manage & Trails of Tools & Materials
- Prepare all the Audit Documents/Report for the compliance
- Reconciliation of Material & planning for regrinding materials for usages
- Process optimization (Cycle time reduction, Down time reduction)
- In house Rejection/Rework control
- Generation of reservation of BOP & Consumable
- Production Report Monitoring
- Final Parts handover to Dispatch for delivery
- Improvement Activity like Kaizen ,5S
- Identify Machine & Tool related issues & escalate to concerned department

- Minimum Qualification required: Diploma
- Qualifications preferred: PG/BE (Mechanical or Polymer)

**_Work Experience_**
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience
- Experience in Moulding functions of Automotive Industry
- Knowledge of 5S IATF, SAP,.
- Leadership Skill & Team Handling
