Support the further development of Product & Underwriting Control & Governance Framework while interacting with various international, internal stakeholders.

**Overview**:
Key duties (including, but not limited to):
- lnteract with and challenge an underwriting technically experienced Product & Underwriting team & ensuring necessary Levels of quality & performance in various areas (e.g. Underwriting file reviews, Case underwriting, productivity measurement)
- Be the contact person for governance-related enquiries and support solutions in an end-to-end manner
- Perform Governance assessment for business referrals and provide support and guidance to the various business stakeholders
- Bringing together the expertise of the Product and Underwriting team and Business Units / LoB’s to improve the adequacy and effectiveness of Governance processes
**Qualifications required**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally within Business Administration, Finance & Controlling, Actuarial, or a related field
**Experience required**:
- 5+ years of practical experience within Insurance, Finance or Consulting industry, ideally withing Product & Underwriting, Project Management or Governance
- Good understanding of internal controls system, processes and methodology. Regulatory and legal knowledge advantageous
- Exposure to stakeholder management preferably in a global set-up
