**Global Release Manager**

**What you will do**

The Global Release Manager plays a key role in helping IT projects meet business, schedule and budget objectives. The global release manager will be responsible for the global component deployments in the projects and enhancement of the global template. You will be expected to be able to combine plans from different regions, define global enhancement and deployment timeline and making sure the deployments are completed according to the plan.

**How you will do it**
- Plan the release of the global template enhancement & project deliverables and release life cycle.
- Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio
- Communicate the template enhancement & project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc across the regions.
- Coordinate global elements deployments across the regions to the non-prod and prod Oracle environments. Making sure the support is provided after the deployments.
- Identify the risks that can delay the implementation and enhancement releases. Manage the risks, make sure the quality of the release is not affected.
- Accountable for projects across the regions are not affected by global component deployments.
- Make sure that the release is planned, according to the requirements and budget.
- Schedule the release readiness reviews before deployment and milestone reviews after each release.
- Create plans for the implementation and deployment as per the release schedule.
- Plan and give weekly updates on the release activities
- Team up with relevant development teams responsible for develop and deploy the software. Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
- Maintain documentation related to procedures on build and release, various notifications lists, and dependencies.
- Make improvements in the methodologies used for configuration management and development of software
- Act as an escalation point and ensure proper handling of the implementation projects

**What we look for**

**Required**
- Minimum 15 years ERP project delivery/management experience. Proven track record of successful ERP Migration project end to end.
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environment
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must

**Preferred**
- Oracle Fusion Application knowledge
