- Create and maintain a high-performance team environment that enables employees to reach their full potential- Efficiently coordinate costs and budgets and prepare associated reports- Coordinate maintenance processes and change initiatives of the sites- Managing and directing existing and new subcontractors- Management of Occupational, Health & Safety (OHS) requirements- Develop and prepare all required reports for the coordination with the Head of Operations

**Requirements**:
- Degree or Technical Education in the field of Civil Engineering, Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or similar- 5+ years of professional experience in the mobile communications/telecommunications industry (focus: rollout and/or operation of sites)- 2+ years of disciplinary management experience- Advanced experience with health and safety regulations related to the construction of passive infrastructure (and telecommunications)- Ability to build good relationships with tenants, property owners, contractors, vendors and own employees- User knowledge with MS-Office required- Oracle/ Salesforce knowledge - are an advantage- German and English - fluent (written and spoken)
