For our Eurostyle Systems Tech Center in Würzburg, Germany, we are looking for a Financial Controller.
JOB / MISSIONS
Under the responsibility of the BC/SSC Leader, your principal missions will be:

- Help on Tech Center financial management and administrative work for SSC
- Verify correct SAP data loading in the systems for all Tech Center projects managed locally
- Help to prepare monthly closings with Tech Center Site Manager
- Help to prepare monthly Forecasts with specific follow-up of risks and opportunities
- Help in collecting data to prepare Budget and PMT exercises for TC
- Ensure administrative work on Clients/credit notes issue
- Prepare, in close cooperation with the TC manager and other departments, budget and business plan
- Update budget and financial tools/indicators during the year
- Ensure local cash follow-up and actions linked to cash situation
- Ensure representation of the company in financial & administrative controls
- Play an alert role with the TC Manager and the Branch in case of financial discrepancies and dysfunctions
- Respect and act according to all policies appliable in the plant in his/her scope of responsibilities, including reporting and Branch information in case of dangerous deviation
- Prepare, control, and send mandatory and reliable reporting on time
- Manage and organize his/her task with a target of maximum efficiency

PROFILE
You have German fluent and B2 English level. You know accounting aspects, norms and IFRS mastering, tax norms, import and export norms. You master SAP FI-CO, KHEOPS and Excel.
Furthermore, you know how to act and react quickly when needed, and you express point of view in workshops and decisions. You are proactive and act in the way of the company, you are accurate and have exemplary behavior. You respect values, processes, rules and standard, and you cooperate with colleagues, other departments and external partners
