Financial Controller
who's ready to take ownership of financial operations across
Germany, Austria & Switzerland

What You'll Own
Full Accounting Responsibility
- Oversee accounting for both German & Swiss entities
- Manage AP, AR, payroll journals, bank reconciliations & cash flow
- Prepare monthly
P&L
and
Balance Sheet
statements - Ensure accurate payroll for Germany, Austria & Switzerland
- Review expense claims (VAT, receipts & compliance)
Reporting & Insight
- Monitor and analyse monthly results
- Provide managers with clear insights and actionable analysis
- Build reports, spreadsheets, forecasts & annual budgets
- Prepare commission statements for the sales team
Compliance & Controls
- Implement and maintain robust internal control processes
- Work closely with tax advisors to ensure full compliance
- Support international controlling with process improvements
- Follow up on overdue invoices and maintain financial hygiene
What You Bring
- Fluency in
German & English
(written & spoken) - Accountant qualification strongly preferred (ACCA, CPA, Bilanzbuchhalter, etc.)
- Experience with
multi-currency
systems (nice to have) - Strong analytical skills & excellent communication
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
