**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to join our growing Product team as Billie enters an ambitious scale-up phase. You will manage and work with a team of Product Managers to shape the Merchant and Buyer experience across our Boost product line as we expand our leading Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment offering for B2B e-commerce across key European markets.

**You will**:

- collaborate closely with our Merchants and their Buyers to deeply understand their problems, needs and preferences in order to help your Product Managers design and execute on a strategic product roadmap.
- help deliver our product to new markets across the world, ensuring that it fits seamlessly into whichever country we expand into.
- be responsible for building consensus on priorities and facilitating alignment across product teams and internal departments (Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Analytics, Customer Support etc.), as well as developing and managing relationships with key strategic distribution partners outside of Billie.
- identify, track and analyse key performance indicators to draw conclusions about the current performance of our product and make insight-based recommendations for future development.
- help grow and cultivate a world class product management team, adapting rituals and processes to best practices and helping to evolve our organizational design as the team grows.
- be responsible for maintaining a culture of high-performance, creativity, and continual learning within your team.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- You have 8+ years of experience in product management or a related discipline, ideally in fintech or financial services-related organizations.
- You have a deep understanding of e-commerce products, the Payment Service Provider (PSP) landscape and in building innovative API focused products.
- You have 3+ years of senior product and people leadership experience, and a demonstrated ability to attract, grow and retain a team of talented product managers.
- You demonstrate thought leadership capabilities and a strong ability to think and communicate strategically on the future of B2B e-commerce and payments.
- You have excellent analytical skills and are comfortable diving deep into the data to derive quantitative insights to make the right business decisions.
- You have a highly collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills, and are capable of building trust with your team and fellow leaders.
- Professional proficiency in English (German is a plus)
