Learning Content Team Lead

Our learning content team is looking for a German Speaking Team Lead (all genders) for our Content Team to join us in Berlin or remote.

**Your mission**:
**You will**
- Manage a team of 3-6 learning content experts (editors, customisation specialists, project managers)
- Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity, and superior performance standards
- Give regular and constructive feedback to your direct reports
- You take the lead on the further content portfolio development, in alignment with relevant stakeholders
- Optimize content processes to maximize efficiency from the conceptualisation phase all the way to integrating customer feedback
- Review content productions and give constructive feedback to team members and perform some editorial tasks yourself
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering & Sales to establish a continuous alignment among different departments
- Continuously build your knowledge about the legal edtech market

**Your profile**:
**You have**
- German & English excellent skills in both oral and written communication
- 2+ years of experience in leading a team, ideally in an international environment
- Deep understanding of how learning and learning content development works, especially in a digital environment
- Passion for coaching and further develop your team members
- Effective problem-solving and decision making skills, able to cut through ambiguity and irrelevant details to solve root causes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and present complex topics to a range of audiences. English and German are a prerequisite
- Experience with DE&I topics, incl. digital accessibility

**Nice to have**
- Experience with legal trainings, especially on ESG, Compliance, Data Security, Occupational Safety or IT-Security, are a strong plus
- Other languages, also on beginner level are a plus
