Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer ambitionierten Designer*in, die unser Design-Team in unserem Berliner Büro verstärken möchte. Werde Teil unseres Teams und hilf mit, das größte Fintech im Gesundheitswesen aufzubauen

Du wirst Teil unseres Design-Teams sein, das für alles verantwortlich ist, von User Interface und UX-Flows über Branding bis hin zu vielem mehr.

Dein Fokus liegt auf der Unterstützung des Produktteams bei der Durchführung von User Research, der Erstellung von UX-Flows und dem Design von Screens.

Wir sind überzeugt: Mediziner:innen sollten sich auf die Behandlung ihrer Patient:innen konzentrieren können - nicht auf Verwaltungsaufgaben. Unsere Lösungen ermöglichen genau das: Während sich die Praxis auf die medizinische Versorgung fokussiert, übernehmen wir die digitale Dokumentation und Abrechnung - zeitsparend und effizient.

**Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Du begleitest den gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozess von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung
- Du arbeitest an neuen Funktionen unserer Web-App-Portale für Praxen und Patient*innen
- Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanager*innen und Entwickler*innen
- Du verwandelst komplexe, abstrakte Konzepte und Herausforderungen in greifbare Lösungsideen - mit einem ausgeprägten Problemlösungs-Mindset
- Du führst User Research durch um Probleme zu finden und Konzepte zu validieren

**Was du mitbringst**:

- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Design digitaler Produkte
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und sprichst Deutsch (mindestens C1 Level) und Englisch fließend
- Erfahrung in interdisziplinären Teams und iterativen Produktentwicklungszyklen
- Ein starkes Verständnis für Product Thinking, Storytelling und Design-Handwerk
- Du weißt, wann Geschwindigkeit Priorität hat und wann Qualität zählt
- Du lernst schnell und achtest auf Details
- Du schätzt Nutzerfeedback und kennst dich mit Figma aus
- Du fühlst dich wohl in einem agilen, schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld
