**WHAT YOU DO**
- Du unterstützt eigenverantwortlich unser Projektteam bei der weltweiten Beschaffung und dem Einkauf von Materialien
- Du betreust die Auftragsvergabe für Sonderanfertigungen von Produkten zur Bespielung von Schaufenstern, Retail
- und Sonderflächen am POS in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
- Als Project Buyer (all genders) erstellst du mit Hilfe deiner Kolleg:innen Preisspiegel und verhandelst mit unseren Lieferanten, um stets den optimalen Preis zu erzielen
- Du dokumentierst den Einkaufsprozess und überprüfst Produktionszeiten zur Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsansprüche an die Lieferanten
- Durch Besuche bei unseren Lieferanten optimierst du stetig unser Lieferantennetzwerk

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im handwerklichen (z.B. Schreiner:in) / kaufmännischen Bereich oder ein Studium im wirtschaftlichen Bereich abgeschlossen und verfügst über ein technisches Grundwissen oder hast Interesse an technischen Umsetzungen
- Idealerweise hast du schon 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung sammeln können
- Hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details, ausgeprägtes Zahlen
- und Kostenbewusstsein sowie eine unabhängige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, lösungs
- und dienstleistungsorientierte Denkweise
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse und bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere MS-Excel
