**About the role** Spectrm is a rapidly growing SaaS company with 50 employees, serving clients worldwide and partnering with giants like Meta and Google. Leveraging a timely idea, our founders have led us to impressive success, securing major clients such as Uber, VW, and the Premier League over the past two years. We're seeking an experienced** Head of Finance **for Spectrm to lead the professionalization of our finance department. We value expertise, diligence, and the ability to combine your knowledge with passion and drive. Join us to make a significant impact **What the job looks like** - Own timeline and accuracy of month end close process - Provide detailed financial and commercial reporting to the C-Level - Drive budgeting process with key stakeholders and review regularly - Participate in strategic business initiatives and check financial viability - Oversee accounts payables/receivables and manage vendor relations - Manage preparation, consolidation and audit of annual financials statements - Implement tools and automatization for recurring finance processes - Proactively optimize the cash position to extend runway - ** Experience**: a minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in finance, preferably in SaaS industry, ideally in a multi-national company, particularly with operations in Germany and the US, including roles that involve strategic planning, financial analysis, and management. - ** Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis**: Ability to develop strategies that support the company's goals, and perform complex financial modeling and analysis to inform decision-making. - ** Budgeting and Forecasting**: Expertise in creating accurate budgets and forecasts that reflect the business dynamics of SaaS companies. - ** Operational Efficiency**:Understanding of how to streamline financial operations through process improvements and technology integration to support scalability. - ** Communication**:Excellent communication skills are necessary to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and negotiate with external partners. - ** Tools**: Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems commonly used in the SaaS industry, such as QuickBooks or Xero is important. - **_ A deep understanding of CRM and SaaS billing systems is required._** - **️Our Benefits** - Remote work model, Headquarters in Berlin with beautiful office - Unlimited contracts - "Planning Week" events in Berlin three times a year (for remote people paid trips to Berlin) - An additional two trips to Berlin as a permanent remote Spectromie for closer team collaboration - Personal development plan and training to support your career development - Budget for remote work equipment if required (e.g. desk, chair, headphones, etc.) - Bi-Weekly free Office Lunches + Events (remote friendly) - 30 vacation days **Interview Process** - Call with our recruiter (30 mins) - Discovery Interview with the hiring manager (30- 60 mins) - Challenge and discussion: assignment close to your daily job routine (60- 70 mins) - Founder Interview (45 min) - Offer **Spectrm is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
