Warum New soul?
As a Founders Associate Intern - Growth & Strategy (M/F/d), you will be one of our first team members and play a key role in driving growth at new: soul — a company redefining self-care and wellness in Europe through a modern, tech-enabled massage experience.
Working directly with the founders and Chief of Staff, you'll help us launch in new cities, acquire and retain customers, and scale our brand across the D2C wellness/beauty space. Whether it's building out local go-to-market strategies, optimizing marketing funnels, or supporting strategic initiatives — you’ll contribute directly to shaping how we grow.
This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on startup experience and grow into a strategic marketing or business development role — or even start their own venture in the future.
Your Responsibilities
- Growth & Expansion: Support go-to-market launches in new cities — from market research to partnership building and on-the-ground activation.
- Customer Acquisition: Work on digital/ offline marketing and product strategies to attract new customers, test channels, and help us scale efficiently.
- Customer Retention: Help design campaigns and initiatives to drive repeat bookings and increase lifetime value.
- Performance Management: Conduct data-driven analyses to assess channel performance, identify growth levers, and inform marketing decisions.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects directly with the founders and Chief of Staff.

Qualifikationen
- You are currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a top university.
- You have previous relevant experience — e.g. in a startup, consulting, venture building, or marketing/growth team.
- You are both analytical and creative — comfortable working with data as well as coming up with bold ideas.
- You thrive when given ownership and are eager to take projects end-to-end — from idea to execution and measurement.
- You’re hands-on, highly motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- You are fluent in German (C2/native) and English.
